Failed to Send
If card has not been successfully sent, DBS will hold onto your card. Please immediately request a resend by contacting DBSI Customer Centre.

Card Returned
Digibot will display notification that your card delivery was unsuccessful, as the delivery outcome depended on conditions at the time the courier arrived at the destination. Please select “YES” to proceed with redelivery and confirm your delivery address.

Card On Vault
Digibot will display a notification that your card delivery was unsuccessful and the card is currently being held by the Bank. Please select “YES” to proceed with the redelivery process and confirm your address.

Redelivery in Progress
Digibot will display a notification that your card is currently being redelivered. Please select “YES” to confirm your delivery address.

Card Destroyed
Digibot will display a notification that your card has been destroyed. Please select “YES” to proceed with the card replacement process.

A replacement fee of IDR 50,000 will be charged. Please confirm to proceed with the card replacement.
