The DBS IDEAL application form must be signed by an authorized person of the company, as specified in the company's Articles of Association and Power of Attorney.

There are no setup fees or subscription fees for DBS IDEAL. You can also enjoy unlimited free users if you choose to use a digital token. If you choose to use a physical token, a fee of IDR 250,000 will apply.

DBS IDEAL can be accessed from anywhere in the world, as long as you have an Internet connection. Download the latest DBS IDEAL digital token+ to enjoy a seamless login process and a tap-and-swipe authentication experience for transactions on both the DBS IDEAL desktop platform and mobile app.

You can subscribe to the DBS IDEAL Customer Self Administration module to manage your users and company profile online.

The module allows you to:

1. Add, remove, or update users.
2. Update authorization policies and manage the company profile.
3. Change account settings.
4. Request login PINs for new users.
5. Unlock user access.
6. Unlock or replace security devices.

If you would like to make other specific changes to your company details, download the maintenance form and complete the relevant sections to perform the following account management tasks:

1. Update account numbers.
2. Manage account settings and instructions (including parent-subsidiary company arrangements).

Your DBS IDEAL user access will be suspended if you do not log in for 12 consecutive months.

You can reactivate your DBS IDEAL user access through the IDEAL Customer Self Administration module.

If you do not log in for 18 consecutive months, you will need to create a new user ID through the IDEAL Self Administration module or submit the DBS IDEAL Maintenance Form.

To terminate your DBS IDEAL access, you must provide us with an official letter stating your request, using your company's official letterhead template.

The letter must be signed by your company's authorized signatory/signatories.

No, you do not need to submit any additional forms.

Simply download and install the DBS IDEAL Mobile app from the Google Play Store for Android devices or the App Store for iOS devices.

It is recommended that you first log in to DBS IDEAL Mobile and complete the setup of the DBS IDEAL digital token+.

Once this is completed, you will be able to use your digital token for subsequent logins on both the DBS IDEAL desktop platform and mobile app for authentication purposes.

You do not need a physical token if you only want to view account balances or access the DBS IDEAL dashboard.

However, you must install DBS IDEAL digital token+ on your mobile phone to complete Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) if you wish to use other mobile banking functions.
