How it Works

For existing DBS business account and DBS IDEAL users:

Step 1:
Log in to DBS IDEAL using your company’s Organisation ID, User ID, and PIN.

Step 2:
Click on ‘Statements and Reports’ Menu followed by ‘Account eStatements’.

Step 3:
Download eStatement for any month by clicking on the ‘Download’ button.

Eligibility

You will need to sign up for DBS IDEAL to view eStatements online.
eStatements are available for the following DBS accounts#:
- DBS Business Account
- DBS Autosave Account
- DBS Foreign Currency Current Account
- DBS Multi-Currency Account
- DBS Digital Account

How to Apply

For existing DBS IDEAL users:

eStatements will automatically be available for all users who have access to view account activities on DBS IDEAL. Simply login to DBS IDEAL to view.
If you do not have access to view account activities on DBS IDEAL, you can enable 'Enquiry' access under "Add New/Edit Existing User" section in the DBS IDEAL Maintenance form.

For existing DBS business account holders, without DBS IDEAL:

Kindly complete and submit the DBS IDEAL Application form.

What is an eStatement?

eStatement is a soft copy of your account statement for eligible DBS business accounts, and it will be available for viewing and download on DBS IDEAL.

eStatement will be available for eligible DBS account(s):

DBS Local Currency Current Account
DBS Foreign Currency Current Account 
DBS Multi-Currency Account
DBS Digital Account

Do I have to pay for eStatement?

This is a free service, available on DBS IDEAL for all eligible DBS business accounts.

What formats are eStatements available in?

eStatements are available for download in PDF format.

What is the frequency of eStatements availability?

eStatements will only be available monthly. eStatements will not be available in other frequencies (eg. daily/weekly/bi-monthly).

Receiving and scheduling eStatement

Why am I receiving eStatement?

Eligible^# DBS business account statements will be available as eStatement on DBS IDEAL. With eStatement, you can easily download, store and retrieve your statements in softcopy at your convenience. eStatement also supports the bank’s efforts in reducing paper usage.

^#eStatement will be available for DBS Local Currency Current Account, DBS Foreign Currency Current Account, DBS Multi-Currency Account, DBS Digital Account

Can I choose to receive both physical and eStatements?

We would strongly encourage you to switch to eStatements, to enjoy greater convenience and help us reduce our carbon footprint. 

I’ve received a notification that my eStatement is ready. However, I’ve not received any eStatements via email to date.

You can login to DBS IDEAL to view your eStatement. Note that only authorised DBS IDEAL users with access to view account activities can view eStatements.

Security

I’ve received my eStatement notification from DBS eAdvice - [email protected]. Is it legitimate?

Yes, once you subscribe to eStatement alert on DBS IDEAL, you will be notified via email from DBS eAdvice when your eStatement is available for viewing or download. Simply login to DBS IDEAL to access your eStatement.

Can I request my email notification to be sent to another email account instead?

You can modify your email notification settings from within DBS IDEAL. The email notification alert serves to inform you that your eStatement is ready for viewing or download. Note that only authorised users can login to DBS IDEAL to view eStatements.

	Is there a limit to view past eStatements? eStatement records on DBS IDEAL are available for statements from 1 Nov 2020. You can view and retrieve records from 1 Nov 2020, up to 7 years thereafter. From Nov 2020 or month of account opening onwards, whichever is later. This feature will be available at a later date. Visit our website for details.
