Manage your credit card using digibank app

Use the digibot feature to report your overseas travel through the DBS digibank app. Follow the simple steps below:

Report Overseas Travel via Chatbot Feature

Step 1

Tap the digibot icon in the top right corner of the main menu.

Step 3

Type “Report Overseas Travel”, then select the credit card you would like to report for overseas travel.

Step 4

Select your departure and return dates.

Step 5

Enter your destination country, then confirm your active and reachable mobile phone number.
