• digibank Rewards Point/Mileage redemption for free annual fee only can be done if the annual fee already billed in the last billing statement.
• digibank rewards point/mileage redemption into physical voucher, will be send to address that already registered in DBS system.
• digibank Rewards Point/Mileage into e-voucher, will be send via SMS to the phone number that is registered in DBS system.
• digibank Rewards Point/Mileage redemption into cashback, will be credited and stated in the next billing statement.
• The process of gift redemption will be done maximum within 15 working days.
