Applicable for registration of the following billers:
- Utilities: PLN, Telkom, PAM Jaya, & BPJS Kesehatan.
- Telecommunications: Telkomsel, MATRIX, XL, Smartfren, & Three.
- Cable TV/Internet: First Media, CBN, Indovision, Okevision, & Top TV
Admin fee for billers (before):- IDR2,500 (Telkom, PAM Jaya & BPJS Kesehatan) & IDR2,750 (PLN) (fee are subject to change with notification in accordance with applicable laws and regulations).
Admin fee for Billers (after):- IDR5,000 (PLN, Telkom, PAM Jaya & BPJS Kesehatan) (fee are subject to change with notification in accordance with applicable laws and regulations).
The IDR5,000 admin fee will be effective in September 2025 and will be billed in October 2025.
Bill Payment registration can be done for the name stated on the Credit Card and on behalf of someone else's name.
Registration schedule:
- If the customer registers on 1–25, Bill Payment will be effective in the next month (M+1).
- If the customer registers on 26–31, Bill Payment will be effective in the next two months (M+2).

- DBS digibank Application, which can be downloaded via iOS & Android

Ensure that your available credit limit is sufficient at the time of Bill Payment to avoid debit failure.
Bill Payment transactions are not eligible for digibank Rewards Points.
Bill Payment cannot be converted into installments.
