  1. Program Period: 9 May – 31 July 2019
  2. Submit scan NPWP document to e-mail [email protected] with subject: Full Name and your 6-last digit of digibank Credit Card. Example: BUDI 123456 (file format, pdf;jpg;word)
  3. Program valid only for invited digibank Credit Card Customer via SMS and/or e-mail and/or Telesales Call from PT Bank DBS Indonesia.

  6. Total Cashback is IDR 100.000,- during program period
  7. Date of cashback process will refer to table point 4 and the cashback will be credited on invited card
  8. Customer will be notified by SMS once Cashback IDR 100.000,- has been credited.
  9. PT Bank DBS Indonesia from time to time, in its sole and absolute discretion, reserves the right to review or decide upon your participation in this program by prior notification to you with reference to the applicable laws and regulations. This agreement has aligned with regulatory stipulation including Financial Services Authority regulation.
