Beware of Misinformation on AI Platforms

Getting information from AI is faster, but it's not necessarily accurate. Be wary of mistaken links and contacts claiming to be from Bank DBS Indonesia.

Safe Tips for Finding Information about DBS Bank Indonesia

1. Use official sources from Bank DBS Indonesia website & DBS digibank Application.

2. Call the DBSI Customer Center number listed on the back of your debit/credit card. The DBSI Customer Center only accepts incoming calls and does not make outgoing calls.

3. Make sure you receive a message (only one way to the customer) from the official WhatsApp of Bank DBS Indonesia which displays the Bank's name (not the cellphone number) & has a blue tick.

4. Do not give your OTP, PIN, CVV, or other personal data to anyone, including those claiming to be from a bank.
