- Sending OTPs or links via SMS/email.
- Posing as bank representatives, claiming suspicious transactions.
- Pressuring you to disclose your OTP, PIN, CVV, and other card details.
Safety Tips to Avoid Scams:
- Ignore links from unknown messages or emails.
- Contact the official DBSI Customer Centre using the number on the back of your debit or credit card.
- Immediately end any suspicious phone calls and never provide your OTP, PIN, CVV, or card data to anyone, including those claiming to represent the Bank.
