In accordance with Bank Indonesia Regulation No. 23/6/PBI/2021 regarding Payment System Service Providers, Service and/or Goods Providers (merchants) are prohibited to charge additional surcharge to the Service User (consumer).
Surcharge is an additional fee charged by merchant to customers for card transactions. Customers are directly charged an additional fee with specified percentage of the total price, making them pay more than the original price of the purchased product.
For your safety and convenience in transacting with digibank Credit Card, we hereby advise you not to agree to the merchant who charge additional fees (surcharges) on your Credit Card transaction.
