Payment Method

1. On the start page (dashboard), select “pay” or simply access it from the top hamburger menu. Select “transfer” and then “payment”.
2. Select the account number that will pay the bill and the recipient account number.
3. This page should display the list of beneficiaries for payment. If your beneficiary is not found in the list, select “new bill”.
4. Select the type of payment and select the type of bank for the payment destination.
5. Enter the account number and name to save this new destination number. Then enter the amount that will be paid, select payment method, and enter the relevant information.
6. Confirm and enter your password for login on the digibank Mobile Banking App.
7. You should receive a notification about your processed payment and the list of beneficiaries that have been added to your account.

Information

Please note that bill payment is incorporated into the calculation of the number of daily transactions for your digibank account. If your payment transaction exceeds the specified limit, then:

• You will receive notification if your transaction exceeds your single transaction limit (Rp50 million per single transaction).
• You will receive notification if your transaction exceeds the daily transaction limit (Rp1 billion per day).
• You will receive notification if your transaction exceeds the daily frequency limit (20 transactions per day).
• You will receive notification if your transaction exceeds your digibank account balance.
