Savings and Current Account Classification	Transaction Feature & Account Reactivation Method
Active Account Status: Account that has deposit, withdrawal, or balance checking activities.	Transaction Feature ☑ Outgoing fund/debit transaction ☑ Incoming fund/credit transaction
Inactive Account Status: Account that has not had any deposit, withdrawal, or balance checking activity for more than 360 days.	Transaction Feature ⮽ Outgoing fund/debit transaction ☑ Incoming fund/credit transaction Reactivation Procedure Via the DBS digibank Application or by visiting DBS Branch Office and updating your customer data.
Dormant Account Status: Account that has not had any deposit, withdrawal, or balance checking activity for more than 1,800 days.	Transaction Feature ⮽ Outgoing fund/debit transaction ⮽ Incoming fund/credit transaction Reactivation Procedure Via the DBS digibank Application or by visiting DBS Branch Office and updating your customer data.

Automatic closure for account with nil (zero) balance
(applicable for Active / Inactive / Dormant account)

Savings and Current Account with nil (zero) balance maintained for 180 consecutive days (six months) will be automatically closed by the Bank.

Important Notes

Activities that are initiated by the Bank’s system and not included as transaction activities are as follows:

Interest payment.
Tax deduction.
Administration fee.
Dormant fee; and
Autodebet / Standing Instruction.

Savings and Current Account classification is implemented for every account owned by the Customer.

Accounts that are excluded from the implementation of Inactive & Dormant status or automatic zero balance account closure are as below:

Rekening Dana Nasabah (RDN).
Tax Amnesty Account.
Account which is affiliated with other products such as investment/loan/etc.
Account with specific purpose.
Account in dispute.

Terms related to interest/profit sharing, administration fees, and other applicable charges follow the relevant product terms and conditions.
