In order to complement the variety of Money Market Mutual Funds and offering more alternatives for product switching in IDR, PT Bank DBS Indonesia (“DBSI”) would like to offer Batavia Dana Likuid which has the objective to increase the optimum growth rate of the funds by preserving its capital in the short and medium term, and earning moderate return through investments in the money market instruments and/or cash equivalent issued in Indonesia.
This product is managed by PT Batavia Prosperindo Aset Manajemen (”BPAM”) that is one of the pioneers in asset management industry in Indonesia. It also supported by strong personnel in managing investment strategy. Total AUM of PT BPAM was IDR 26.30 T by June 2016.
With the availability of Batavia Dana Likuid in DBSI, this product offers new proposition as money market fund which distribute dividend payout in monthly basis and it has similarity feature with time deposit which will attract the customer, especially term deposit customer.
