Updated Cut-Off Time (COT) Transaction at Bank DBS Indonesia Branch

To support Government’s policy regarding the tightening of Communication Activities Restrictions Implementation in order to suppress the rate of Covid-19 in accordance with the announcement from Bank Indonesia No. 23/98/DPSP/SSK. Herewith, we would like to inform that there will be changes on the cut-off time of following transaction at Bank DBS Indonesia Branch effective on 2 July 2021:

Outward Telegraphic Transfer	12 p.m	12 p.m
Tax Payment	2.30 pm	1 p.m

Customer is able to use Authorization for Telephone Instruction facility* for transactions including foreign currency deposit, investment purchase, mutual funds, and bonds products while you are still enjoying valuable time with your loved ones.

On top of it, enjoy digital banking facility through digibank by DBS Application anytime anywhere for transactions including:

Remittance and SKN/RTGS
Investment and deposit
Top up Gopay & OVO
Convert credit card transactions to installment
Electricity payment, BPJS and monthly utilities payment
