Please note that your DBS debit card offers you free transactions at all ATMs until 15th May 2017. Post 15th May 2017, transactions at non-DBS ATMs is limited to 5 free transactions in a month. Transfer a minimum of S$3,000 to the newly opened DBS digibank India account. Please enter the promo code "DBSCARE" during the transfer. Ensure your loved one maintains INR 50,000 in the first two months to qualify for one year's free medical concierge services.

Here are some of the benefits your loved ones will enjoy from this service in India:

  • Medical Service Provider Referral
    Beneficiary will be given the name, address, telephone number and, if available, office hours of the Medical Service Providers upon request.
  • Arrangement of Hospital Admission
    Beneficiary will be assisted in their hospital admission if their medical condition requires hospitalisation.
  • Arrangement of Emergency Medical Evacuation
    In the event that an emergency medical evacuation is required, all air and/or surface transportation, medical care and ancillary services arrangements can be made to transport the beneficiary to the nearest hospital.
  • Dispatch of medication and medical supplies
    Delivery arrangement can be made when the beneficiary does not have medicine or medical supplies near their location.
