Togetherness with Family and Friends
eTalk Series has been held several times, this time eTalk Series in collaboration with The Ritz Carlton Pacific Place, Jakarta held an event with the theme "Togetherness with Family and Friends" on Friday, June 12, 2020. Executive Pastry Chef Prambudiyono provided a signature dessert recipe, namely " Sticky Date Pudding with Butterscotch sauce" below:
Ingredients
Dough 1
- 450 ml milk
- 375 gm dates, roughly chopped
- 5ml vanilla essence
- 5 gm baking soda
Dough 2
- 225g wheat flour
- 120 gm softened butter (remove from the refrigerator 3 hours before cooking)
- 220 gm granulated sugar
- 3 eggs (take out 1 hour before)
To make the Salted Butterscotch sauce:
- 275 gm granulated sugar
- 180 ml liquid cream
- 50 gm unsalted butter
- 4g salt
On this occasion, DBS Treasures Private Client customers can also invite their friends or business associates to cook together. At the end of the event, participants are encouraged to upload their best photos of their dishes to the Instagram account with the hashtag #dbsetalkseries. The six participants with the most likes will receive gift vouchers from The Ritz-Carlton Pacific Place, Jakarta.
