Terms and Conditions for Opening and Managing Account

Terms and Conditions for Opening and Managing Individual Accounts of PT Bank DBS Indonesia ("DBSI")

New and Amendment of Terms and Conditions on the document of Terms and Conditions for Opening and Managing Individual Accounts of DBSI:

  1. New terms and conditions regarding Foreign Exchange Transaction (FX) on article 9 "Foreign Exchange Transaction".

  2. Changes on current account inactive duration from 6 months to 12 months, in section "Dormant Account" on article 13a.

  3. Changes on the period for settling customer's complaint or objection by DBSI from 2 (two) working days to 5 (five) working days, in section "Customer Centre" on article 2c.

  4. Add phrase that DBSI is entitled to seek confirmation from customer on all financial and non-financial transaction, in section "Information Services" on article 3.

  5. Add terms and conditions regarding Instruction Service via Facsimile and Telephone, in section "Services" on article 1.1 and article 1.2.

  6. New terms and conditions regarding the new Instruction Service via Email facility, in section "Services" on article 1.3.

  7. Add information regarding the steps of dispute settlement through outside of the Court channel, in section "Prevailing Law and Jurisdiction" on article 14.

  8. Add terms and conditions that customer shall inform DBSI in writing no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days after the said change occur which mention in section "Special Terms and Conditions regarding Tax Requirements" on article 18b.
