Enjoy peace of mind when transacting using your Credit Card with the protection of MiCredit Assurance Balance. Your Credit Card Bill will remain settled even in the face of unexpected events.
MiCredit Assurance - Balance is a protection programme for digibank Credit Card and/or digibank Cashline Card holder issued by the Bank as a Policyholder. If the Participant experiences an Event as listed in the insurance policy during the Coverage Period, then Manulife Indonesia will pay 100% of outstanding digibank Credit Card and/or digibank Cashline Card balance (billed transaction) or the Maximum Coverage Benefit Amount (whichever is lower).
If a Participant has more than 1 (one) MiCredit Assurance - Balance Insurance coverage, then the Maximum Coverage Benefit Amount that will be paid by the Insurer from all MiCredit Assurance - Balance per Participant is IDR750,000,000 (seven hundred and fifty million Rupiah).

Fees
In the framework of marketing for MiCredit Assurance Balance insurance product and with reference to the Policy provisions, the premium paid by the Participant has already include the acquisition fee/commission to the Bank of 10% (including tax).

A risk caused by the failure or failure of internal processes, people and systems, as well as by external events.
Credit and Liquidity Risk
Policyholders will be exposed to credit and liquidity risk of Manulife Indonesia as the risk selector of insurance products. Credit and liquidity risk relates to the ability of Manulife Indonesia to pay its obligations to its customers.

MiCredit Assurance Balance is an insurance product published by PT Asuransi Jiwa Manulife Indonesia (“Manulife Indonesia”) (licensed and supervised by OJK). This is not a savings product at PT Bank DBS Indonesia (the “Bank”) and therefore does not contain any obligations and is not guaranteed by the Bank and is not included in the Government Guarantee Programme implemented by the Deposit Insurance Cooperation ("LPS").
The Bank licensed and supervised by OJK, and only acts as the party that distributes this product where the use of logos and/or other attributes in the brochure or marketing documents is only a form of cooperation between the Bank and Manulife Indonesia so it cannot be interpreted that this product is a product of the Bank.
