This program applies to customers who make Garuda Indonesia ticket transactions via Garuda Indonesia digital channels (Website and FlyGaruda App) and have a digibank Credit Card).
- Valid for all digibank Credit Cards issued in Indonesia.
- This program applies to ticket purchases via the Website (www.garuda-indonesia.com) or the FlyGaruda App.
- This program is effective until 1 Juli 2025 – 30 September 2025
- Valid for one-way and round-trip ticket purchases.
- Price discounts will be processed at the payment stage as long as the daily quota is still available.
- Discounts only apply to the use of Rupiah (IDR) currency.
- Multiples do not apply.
- Cannot be combined with other promotions.
- Not valid for codeshare flights.
- Requests for conversion of digibank Paylater up to 12 months must be made on the Garuda Indonesia payment page via the Garuda Indonesia website or mobile application.
- The digibank Paylater conversion process takes a maximum of 14 days.
- Requests for conversion of digibank Paylater transactions cannot be made through the Garuda Indonesia Contact Center.
- Transactions converted to digibank Paylater will not receive digibank Reward Points / digibank Mileage.
- An administration fee of IDR 25,000 will be charged to digibank Credit Card holders for each transaction converted to digibank Paylater.
- Black out date provisions refer to Garuda Indonesia regulations.
- Refund, reissue and rescheduling provisions for airline tickets apply according to the rules applicable at Garuda Indonesia according to each ticket sub-class.

- In the event of a reschedule or reissue, customers can contact the Garuda Indonesia Contact Center on 0804 1 807 807 or 021 2351 9999, as well as live chat.
- These Terms and Conditions have been adapted to statutory regulations including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority regulations.
