How to Request Credit Limit Increase

How to Request Permanent Credit Limit Increase

  1. On the digibank by DBS App, choose credit card page, then click “Atur” to change your card limit.
  2. Click “Ubah” on the tab “Limit saat ini”. Choose “Permanen”.
  3. Input your new limit, attach NPWP photo and salary slip. Complete the process then click “Lanjut”.
  4. Confirm the detail of your limit increase. If all the statements are correct, click “Lanjut”. Click “Setuju” on the terms and conditions.
  5. Enter your login password for authentication.
  6. If you’ve completed all the process, you will see the confirmation page of your request for permanent limit has been accepted. Please wait for the further confirmation from digibank.

 

How to Request Temporary Credit Limit Increase

  1. On the digibank by DBS App, choose the credit card page, then click “Atur” to change your card limit.
  2. Click “Ubah” on the tab “Limit saat ini”. Choose “Sementara”.
  3. Enter your new nominal limit and the time limit (1,2, or 3 months) then click “Lanjut”.
  4. Confirm the detail of your limit increase. If all the statements are correct, click “Lanjut”. Enter your login password for authentication.
  5. If you’ve completed all the process, you will see a confirmation page of your request for temporary limit has been processed and accepted.

Information

  • The proposed new limit must be higher than the previous limit.
  • Make sure the NPWP number matches your NPWP card.

 

Permanent Credit Limit Request:

  • No maximum limit for credit limit increase.
  • Approval or refusal for limit increase is decided by Credit Card Risk Team based on profile justification.
  • Permanent credit limit increase takes 3 days to process.
  • You will get a notification if your submission is accepted or rejected.
  • If it is rejected, you can request a new one.

Temporary Credit Limit Request:

  • No maximum limit for credit limit increase.
  • Approval or refusal for limit increase is decided by Credit Card Risk Team based on profile justification.
  • Short processing time for the temporary limit request, and you can see the information in real time on your digibank by DBS App.
  • You will get a notification if your submission is accepted or rejected.
  • If it is rejected, you can request a new one.
